Make Your Own Baked Beans!

Spicy ‘baked’ beans. This is the recipe I always use to make ‘baked’ beans at home. Once you make your own and see how quick, easy and tasty it is, you’ll never buy a can of baked beans again!

You can make it with soaked legumes, make your own passata and blend your own spices. But...if you are lazy like me you do this:

So simple:
💜1 can of Borlotti beans
💜1 can of crushed tomatoes
💜2 teaspoons Mexican spice mix (I use @belicious_foods because it has no salt or nasties, only the herbs and spices)
💜Heat it in a pan for 5 mins.
💜Done. Now eat the best and quickest beans you ever had and enjoy. You can even feel smug with yourself since you made your own baked beans. 👨‍🍳
