Strawberry Chia Jam
Ingredients
2 cups of strawberries
2 heaped tablespoons chia seeds
1 tablespoon maple syrup
Method
Blitz the ingredients in a good processor.
Put in a pot on a stove and heat gently for about 15 minutes to thicken.
Store in a glass jar in the fridge. It will keep for about 7 days.
It is suitable for freezing if you make a big batch.
